Junior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:? Cooperating with IT Managers, supporting them in budget planning;? Maintenance of excel database for budget tracking;? Processing changes to the budget based on requests, answering budget related questions;? Timesheets processing, creating purchase orders and goods receipts in SAP and other systems;? Invoice approval and processing;? Creation and provision of excel reports;? Maintaining contact and cooperation with IT Suppliers and Procurement, Accounts Payable, Financial Controlling Departments;? Providing trainings on financial tools and procedures for IT Managers. Job Requirements Requirements:?  Strong command of English;?  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;? Technical skills to include: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint;? Knowledge of SAP will be an asset;? Team player;? Attention to details;? Must be a problem solver;?
