This shared sense of purpose motivates us to make every action count and constantly explore new possibilities.If you are looking for an exciting adventure in a dynamic, fast-changing industry, you will find a thrilling journey at H&M Logistics!As part of our future organization, we are strengthening our Logistics DC Gądki – Poland team, looking for DC Controlling Manager to join us!Job DescriptionDefine and communicate strategy to achieve goals together with the DC management team (costs, planning, efficiency and payroll)Accountable for all financial and operational data related to DC controlling, incl. set up and follow up on agreed budget, projects, KPIs ( cost, service, sustainability) in terms of efficiency and productivity as well as quality assuranceAct as the back-up to the DC Mgr, strongly support the DC Manager and represent him in cases of absenceSupport departments and management team with financial and quantitative insights as well as reports and analysesSecure correct invoicing and quality check of main cost driversIdentify and drive areas of improvement with regards to DC performance by performing relevant analyses and reports as well as define potential action plan, for improving profitability, service level, efficiency, DC costs etc.Define framework & reports structure to follow up on business results on regular basis, in alignment with overall global guidelines and reporting needs of DC management, audit routines etc.Support and drive contract negotiation ( oversee and initiate tendering of contracts with external vendors)Provide quantitative decision support to DC management teamOversee, challenge and validate planningQualificationsMaster degree (logistics, finance)3 years of related experience in managementDeep knowledge of controlling, finance, related software, as well as operational capabilitiesStrong management and leadership skillsFluent in written and verbal command of English and Polish languageExperience in international work environmentAbility to work with high number of stakeholders in several level within organizationSkills:Strong in communicating and adapting method based on circumstanceDeep knowledge of controlling, logistics, DC operations & finance, related software and regional specifics, as well as operational capabilitiesGood understanding of cross-functional departments and collaboration within regionsSolid skills in project mgmt., prioritization and business caseStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetHolistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approachAbility to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development by empowering othersAgile mindset with positive attitude to change & meaningful growthInclusive & empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversitySelf-awareness, understanding your impact on others and contribution to the whole groupAdditional InformationStable full-time position employment contract25% discount on purchases at H&M stores for you and your family memberExtensive development opportunities at H&M GroupCo-financed sport cards, lunches, life insurance and private medical careAccess to a platform offering foreign languages learning for you and your family member - 100% paid by the employerThis is a full-time position within Logistics Region Europe.
