Continuously since 2016 with our expertise and deep dive into root-causes of every issue we may encounter we support areas of Finance, QA&RA documents control, Logistics, IT and Service Operation.What You’ll Do At ElektaAs theQuality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for supporting Elekta employees in document control activities and answering QA system related questions. Works closely with members of same or different functional groups.A successful candidate will support Elekta processes by performing specific project related tasks, reviewing documentation and materials or collecting, collating, and analyzing data or completing reports. The Quality Assurance Associate responsibilities include :Assist Elekta employees in document control activities.Create training materials, organize and provide training for Elekta employees related to the QA system.Work on defined project related tasks.Prepare documentation and materials related to specific quality systems or processes.Follow the functional charter regarding values and goal setting.Report operational issues (process or system related) to QA manager – QA Systems Governance.Proactively suggest ideas to deliver continuous process improvement.Promote and maintain adhere to Elekta values.The right stuffTheQuality Assurance Associate will play an active role in representing the group’s vision and missionwhile supporting the goals of the overall business.We are looking for a high-calibre candidate who have a knack for navigating documentation complexitieswhich is why you must have the following skills:Confident and open personality. Decision making skills to prioritize the workload during busy times. Be able to circulate documentation to support QA activities and to identify areas for improvement and escalate through the chain of command.Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.What You BringProven experience in relevant areas of Quality, Regulatory or Engineering, preferably within a medical device environment would be advantageous.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Identify areas for improvement and escalate through the chain of command.Objective driven and customer focused, with an ability to influence people.Effective team player with a positive attitude towards change to promote the Elekta's goals of the business.High personal integrity.Can work efficiently under tight timelines.Capable of producing results working unsupervised under own initiative.Proven fluency in English and other applicable languages relevant to their specific geographies.What you’ll get:In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
