About this role In this position, you will manage the top of the inbound sales funnel by qualifying leads, reaching out to potential customers, and converting these interactions into new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with potential customers through emails and calls, providing detailed explanations of our licensing models, pricing plans, support services, and more. Your efforts will focus on identifying decision-makers open to discussing how our products can add value to their business. Success in this role will depend on your proactive attitude, empathy, and ability to collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve our goals. About you At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as SDR, BDR, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk Sell, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar). Understanding of the specifics of SaaS, subscription models, or similar areas. Proven track record of exceeding measurable goals in a metrics-driven phone sales environment. Fluent in English (C1) Consistent and capable of following processes while also thinking outside the box. Quick learner who can adapt to rapidly changing business conditions.
