The Role & Key Responsibilities Job Title: Finance Manager – PolandLocation: Śmigiel, PolandPermanent – Monday – Friday 40hrs per weekAre you a finance professional looking for a role where you will have full accountability for site finance as part of a site leadership team and a key member of a global finance function? If so join our team today!Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for someone to join our team with full responsibility for the site financial control environment covering off both financial and management accounting as well as commercial and business partnering.You will have responsibility for one direct report and will have full range of financial evolution including risk, credit control, reporting, forecasting and partnering with site leads and wider group finance teams to provide insights and input on budgeting and overall financials with other responsibilities that include: Ownership and development of business systems including ERP, Power BI ensuring they are compliant, efficient, and effective. Responsibility for capital investment projects from a finance perspective. Responsibility of site P&L and Balance Sheet. Internal and external audit processes ensuring compliance against frameworks. Relationship management for external finance support services that provide support in entry and transition into ERP, Tax and financial reporting as well as the production of P&L and Balance Sheet. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a role that gives them full accountability and autonomy of a successful site while having the backing and support of a global finance team where success in this role could lead to larger roles within AB Agri and across our ABF parent company.To be successful we are looking for some of the following knowledge, skills and experience: Qualified accountant with demonstratable experience in a similar role. Experience of Budgeting and Forecasting processes. Excellent communication skills, fluent in Polish and English both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. Competent with the use of Excel and systems such as ERP’s and ideally Power BI LocationFor this role we are looking for someone who can be based at our facility in Śmigiel ideally full time or 3 to 4 days the working week.
