Your future team: You will join our “Factory of the Future” team of specialists within Group R&D. We are a team of passionate, skilled and knowledgeable colleagues who develop & implement the newest technologies for stone wool production. The “Factory of the Future” team is recently established with the aim of upgrading our production facilities with best in class OT & IT Solutions. What you will be doing: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with an IT background and a proven track record of successful development and transformation projects. We are developing many automation and cloud solutions. You and your team will be responsible to build and integrate the OT/IT solutions together. The Factory of the Future team will form the basis of OT & IT Strategies and Architectures to benefit the ROCKWOOL Group. We work in projects and base our solutions on a deep understanding of our production processes – and if standard components are not available, we develop our own. Doing so, you will collaborate closely with a broad range of our business colleagues – from our labs to production sites across the Globe. Therefore, you can expect to travel approx. 30 days a year, mostly being on-site on the factory for meetings and testing ideas. To truly make an impact, we imagine that you bring: Degree in IT, OT, Process Automation or similar 3+ years’ experience as an IT/OT Lead/Engineer 3+ years’ experience with Project Management Proven track record of well-run IT projects in a Global organisation including production software implementation. Certain level of understanding of Change Management Extensive experience in integration of industrial automation and factory software As a person you: Are self-motivating, self-starting and have excellent Project Management as well as Stakeholder Management skills Have leadership and management skills Have intercultural experience and is strong in both written and spoken English Communicate in a clear and direct manner Use your impact to reach the results You are data driven and have data science knowledge What we offer: By joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
