Business Development Manager Responsibilities: Manage lead generation by creating high quality new business leads Successfully convert your new business leads to opportunities that support our asset network as well as logistic capabilities Ensure a healthy sales pipeline for new business customers Involve and align with all relevant internal stakeholders during the sales process Design, propose and negotiate profitable contracts Secure new profitable business by joining exhibitions and conferences Support on a successful implementation of new contracts. Requirements: As a person, you are characterized by being: Structured and analytical approach to tasks Accuracy to numbers Sense of urgency Result oriented Quality–driven Credible and trustworthy Background and Education: Are educated to a minimum of Bachelor level or equivalent (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration Have minimum 3 years experience in a Business Development Manager role in transport/logistics/maritime industry; Are able to communicate in English fluently, other Eastern European languages are preferred; Are able to act independently and manage complexity with high stress resistance; Are strategical, commercial and service-minded.
