Regardless of the position you hold at Booksy, you make a real impact every day on the product we offer our clients In anticipation of increasing scale and complexity of the business we’re now looking for Data Migration Specialist. Your responsibilities: Work together with the US Migrations Team to process migration requests for providers moving from competitor booking platforms to Booksy. Effectively navigate external competitor systems to extract data as well as internal systems to import data. Collaborate with Customer Service and Success teams to understand provider needs and concerns. Clean and transform data in Excel so it can be successfully moved between systems. Perform quality checks on each migration to ensure all information has been transferred correctly. Monitor, track and prioritize workflow based on process statuses and estimated deadlines. Provide realistic timelines to complete migration process and identify and escalate any potential roadblocks that interfere with scheduled completion. Offer appropriate solutions with a sense of urgency and follow up to ensure resolution. Deliver timely feedback to the company regarding service issues, bugs or provider concerns. Identify opportunities to improve processes to efficiently manage workflow. Understand and enforce migration policies to ensure internal groups are following guidelines and to ultimately maintain a credible marketplace. Own the quality of the migrated data and validity of the migrations process. Our requirements: Fluent spoken and written English (B2 or higher). Willing to work in flexible hours (US time zone). Background in IT or computer science preferred. Experience working with Excel, Salesforce. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work productively in a remote environment.
