Senior Financial Controller

Your future companyFor our client - a global company from logistics industry, we are currently looking for Senior Financial Controller.RequirementsMaster’s degree in finance/accounting.Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel).Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).General knowledge and interest in management accounting.Strong analytical abilities.Good understanding of financial reporting and both Polish and international accounting standards (IFRS).Excellent ability to work within virtual teams.Work experience in an international environment.Experience with SAP is advantageous.General knowledge of IT services is beneficial.ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with the external accounting team to ensure accurate cost allocation (including invoice distribution).Actively participating in month-end closing activities (including variance analysis, accrual calculations, etc.).Actively engaging in group reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.Working with the Demand Management team and P&O team regarding charge details for new and existing demands.Collaborating with other Global Delivery Hubs.Preparing sales-related booking journals and issuing intercompany sales invoices in SAP.Assisting in the creation and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports required by company management.Conducting comprehensive analysis of income and expenses by their origin and types, identifying cost drivers and potential cost reduction opportunities.Supporting other company functions in developing and maintaining the company’s offerings to internal stakeholders.Providing support for IT B2B contractors.Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements and necessary information for statutory audits.The offerProfessional DevelopmentWe firmly believe in continuous training and development for our employees.
