Your responsibilities: Provide customer support for electric car purchase or after-sales support (inbound calls) Establishing and maintaining customer relationships Reporting in systems Our requirements: Knowledge of the Spanish language at the C1 level Knowledge of English at B2 level (training is conducted in English) Ability to operate Windows operating system and MS Office package Openness in customer relations Communication skills and attitude towards working with people High personal culture and customer orientation Commitment and motivation to work - together we can achieve more Availability to work from the office (Lublin, Czechów district) What we offer: Full-time employment contract from the first day of cooperation Work in shifts from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00 Social package (MyBenefit cafeteria, private medical care, life insurance) Training that fully prepares you for the job Interesting work in a large, international company
