About the positionThis position leads team of intermediate to experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professionals, setting objectives and guiding others on financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts. Responsible for preparation of forecasts and performance of financial modelling to develop recommendations for management.Requirements· University degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar.· Strong management skills.· At least 5 years experience in team management.· At least 5 years experience in FP&A Operations activities.· Very good knowledge in English is a must.· Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (advanced Excel, power BI).· Good knowledge of SAP /HFM and business intelligence will be an advantage.· Abillity to present complex data in a simple way.· Predisposition to work in a team.ResponsibilitiesAs a FP&A Manager, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:· FP&A team management.· Supporting operations.· Delivering accurate data on time.· Analysis and reporting of direct and indirect industrial costs related to internal production.· Analysis and reporting of Capex.· Analysis and reporting of purchases of finished products and raw materials from external suppliers.· Weekly/monthly/yearly reporting of main Operation’s KPI’s.· Analysis and reporting of purchases of raw materials from external suppliers.· Calculation and analysis of standard costs.· Develop and improve financial projections and reports.· Analysis of variances and main Operation’s KPI’s.· Analysis of inventories and related slow-moving items.· Participation in budget and forecast processes.· Ad-hoc business performance reporting.Our commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
