IT Governance Manager (Poland/Remote)

We're looking for IT Governance Manager to join our team in Poland (remote). If you're seeking for a challenging projects in a start-up environment with high autonomy and ownership this offer is for you!   Responsibilities: Design, review and implement processes, policies, internal procedures Participate in interactions with external/internal auditors and regulators, including gathering and providing comprehensive and accurate evidence to them Participate in the creation and managing of action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations Preparation and coordination before, during, and after different audits/assessments Supervision and conducting of cyclical security activities required by regulations Supervision of IT risk management process Requirements: Minimum of 4 years experience in compliance/audit Excellent ability to formulate comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and related documentation, encompassing information security and other key areas Familiar with IT frameworks, standards, and regulations.
