Our client is an IT company, a leader in providing solutions for digitizing business processes, including managing document flow and electronic signing. Initially a startup that experienced rapid growth and currently employs hundreds of people worldwide. The company is characterized by a friendly approach to employees and high dynamics. Your role Managing 5-7 vacancies simultaneously in assign to one particular area.  Full recruiting cycle, from clarifying job requirements with hiring managers to conducting candidate interviews and evaluating soft skills. Cooperation directly with hiring managers. Cold sourcing of candidates and seeking new channels to attract talent. Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes. What we expect The role include at least 3 years of recruiting experience focusing on cold sourcing, familiarity with LinkedIn, Telegram, boolean/x-ray search, and other candidate sourcing tools. Solid understanding of the IT industry, market insights, and demonstrated enterprise-level thinking (nice to have knowledge of US IT recruitment market). Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Fluency in English skills,  Flexibility, adaptability, persuasive skills, organization, responsibility, diligence, responsiveness, and the ability to interact successfully with various personality types.
