Pricing Manager Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)Location: Warsaw, hybrid (hybrid, combination of office and remote)PurposeAs a Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the pricing strategy across our diverse portfolio of products. Your expertise will directly impact our competitive positioning, profitability, and market share. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in NPD (New Product Development), Core Pricing, and Portfolio Management.The Job (responsibilities):NPD (New Product Development) Pricing: Lead the pricing strategy for new product launches, ensuring optimal positioning in the market. Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to analyze market trends, costs, and competitive pricing to set introductory prices that maximize revenue and market penetration.Core Pricing Management: Develop and implement pricing strategies for existing products, balancing profitability and market competitiveness. Utilize data-driven insights to adjust pricing models, respond to market changes, and meet financial objectives. Continuously evaluate and optimize pricing structures and discount frameworks to drive sales and profitability.Portfolio Management: Oversee the pricing aspect of the entire product portfolio, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across different categories and regions. Conduct comprehensive portfolio analysis to identify opportunities for price optimization, product rationalization, and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute pricing strategies that enhance product value and customer satisfaction.The Person (requirements):Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
