In this role you will be part of the Insights team dedicated to the End-to-End Digital Customer Relationship (E2E DCR) function. This team is tasked to drive a mindset shift in how we leverage data to transform our business especially in the digital space. You will take part in defining and distilling our digital data for key corporate decision makers around the world. The focus of the role is not creating reports or dashboards, you are not just answering “what”, you are expected to have sufficient business acumen and digital ecosystem knowledge to answer “why”, and more importantly provide strategic and/or tactical recommendations based on your findings. This critical position demands a self-motivated, results-oriented individual, with a strong analytical aptitude and passionate storytelling ability. Using your technical expertise and business acumen across the digital marketing ecosystem, you will support the Schneider Electric E2E DCR business teams through critical projects and influence decisions based on data and analyses that help deliver results. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of areas that include marketing operations, digital customer experience, campaign performance optimization, conversion rate optimization and personalized marketing framework. Key Responsibilities Digital Insights · Interpret complex data sets to uncover meaningful patterns that can lead to efficiencies, commercial or CX improvements. · Drive business impact and deliver measurable results through data-driven insights. · Deliver high quality, persuasive and concise recommendations for executive audiences. · Combine and translate multiple digital metrics into actionable improvement plans. · Use data to prioritize and classify critical touchpoints along the customer journey to identify areas of improvement. · Support ongoing needs for strategic and operational analysis that impact our Marketing and Sales teams. Campaign Measurement · Work with global and regional E2E DCR marketing teams to define a campaign measurement framework for multi-channel marketing campaigns. · Develop analytical processes to effectively link marketing strategies to business impact. · Ensure that the measurement and analytics efforts are aligned with the overarching business objectives of the campaign. · Evaluate campaign performance across media and digital channels, deriving insights to drive strategy. Transformation · Influence senior leadership and decision making by communicating across various levels of the organization in a clear and compelling way. · Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to help them achieve their business goals. · Translate data ambiguity into insights that drives impact. · Initiate capability building and change management through workshops. · Set-up or leverage current communities of practice (Insights, Data Science, digital…) for value cross-pollination. You are highly analytical with a structured problem-solving approach and be strongly metrics / KPI driven. You have solid business acumen, and the ability to build commercially compelling analysis. You are a proactive problem solver with immediate professional and intellectual credibility and an impactful style. You are collaborative, low-ego, pragmatic, and excited about Schneider Electric’s business and vision. You have high proficiency in verbal and written communication, and adeptness in data presentation. You have capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace ambiguity while maintaining a sharp focus on delivering results. You consider quality, accuracy, and attention to detail as critical. You have proven experience with marketing technologies, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo or similar technologies. Proficiency in SQL (to feel comfortable manipulating data) is preferred but not essential. Experience using Tableau to pull data from various sources and build compelling visualizations is desirable.
