JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description:(Interim) Supply Chain Manager (f/m/x)in Royal CaninHybrid workingLocation: NiepołomiceWhat will be your key responsibilities? Support the Plant Manager in ensuring human safety and manufacturing and delivering product according to customer needs.Ensure close cooperation with Customers to deliver target Customers Service Level with smooth production scheduling and minimum stock.Cooperate with Operations to adjust shift schedule to deliver required volume.Cooperate with Commercial to ensure right level of inbound flow and supervise external storage.Ensure Q&FS compliant of supply chain of inbound and outbound flows.Represent the Site in Regional Supply Chain forums / projects.Identify improvement opportunities in Supply Chain. Prepare feasibility study, recommend solutions, and lead chosen Supply Chain projects including tendering logistics services.Develop and monitor Capital investment plan to improve Supply Chain area in co-operation with technical department.Develop monitoring tools for Supply Chain and support the process of results tracking, reporting and visualization.Support site related processes & targets like: CAB, OP, DiB, NQC, sustainability, ISO, GMP, GHP.Ensure process standardization and its continuous improvement.Identify key competences gaps in Supply and support the process of closing those gaps (Mars University, e-learnings, Supply Capability Trainings, cross site learning).Build strong network within Supply Chain associates and Customers.Build and manage the team, build associates engagement.Belongs to Food Safety Team (FST) and Food Defense Team (FDT) and actively participates in these two workstreams.As a Site Leadership Team member actively drives Mars Supply Excellence program as a strategic direction for RNI factory to reach our Compelling Business Need (CBN). Once Supply Chain Pillars of MSE are introduced will actively lead their implementation.What are we looking for? Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management and/or related field.Broad E2E supply chain understanding by proven experience including Manufacturing, Logistics and Customer Care.3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Department on similar position with proven achievement in functional and team management area.People leadership skills within managing different competencies as well as seniority in the team.Fluent in English (excellent written and oral skills).Well-developed project management/planning skills to deliver consistent results.Ability to generate enthusiasm, engage Associates and build effective teams.Ability to operate in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.What can you expect from us?
