LOCALIZATION: Łódź 2 Respinsibilities:  ensuring the efficiency of HR processes in multiactivity plant (automotive + aerospace) cooperation with Group and Country HR Director in the field of development and implementation of HR strategy and projects, building, developing and implementing HR policy and procedures in line with Corporate HR strategy and policy, close cooperation with management to advise and guide managers on people management matters in compl iance with HR pol icies, employment laws, local agreements etc., working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, boost engagement and increase productivity and retention, assisting in identifying and analysing HR needs and suggesting solutions for business, driving HR initiatives around employee life cycle (. Annual Salary Review, Exit Interviews, Onboarding Check-ins), analysing the training needs, building competency matrices and succession plans, conducting appraisal systems to develop annual employee development plans, developing Employer Branding and Corporate Social Resposibility policy, ensuring effective cooperation with universities and secondary schools. Expectations: minimum 5 years of professional experience, experience in cross functional work/projects, proven successes in HR or HRBP projects, excel lent knowledge of HR tools and solutions, strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills, excel lent abi l ity to prioritize, problem-solve, demonstrate initiative & think outside of the box, high work ethic and self-motivation, proactive, responsible, dynamic attitude and hands-on approach, fluent English.
