What You Will Do As the CRM Manager you will be responsible for upscaling Pharma Poland digital acumen by maximizing CRM capabilities and ensuring excellent execution via digital tools. You will develop and execute digital roadmap around the CRM System and based on the global Execution Excellence strategy. As a member of the Professional Program team, you will have access to an array of innovative tools and support of brilliant individuals within the cross-functional team, including Brand, Shopper, Sales, and Business Intelligence. Key Responsibilities * Digital transformation champion for Pharma Poland * Roll-out of global CRM strategy * Analysis and generating insights to maximize reach and engagement of omnichannel activities for HCPs * Advancement and implementation of the CRM tools, * Maintaining HCP database * Support for digital communication campaigns * CRM Power User * Ensuring informative reporting for key stakeholders * Training and development for the CRM users * Close cooperation with Brand Activation, Business Intelligence and Sales * Close cooperation with regional Executional Excellence, CxO and IT champions * Ensuring compliance within the scope of responsibility. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications * Experience with CRM / Marketing Automation / Salesforce Effectiveness tools * Project management * Experience in digital marketing including marketing automation, * Entrepreneurial spirit * Excellent analytical and reasoning skills * Cross-functional cooperation * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, * Fluent in Polish and English * MS Office.
