Senior Account Manager (E-commerce) Company: Brand New Galaxy Location: Warsaw/Poznań hybrid/remote 100% Company description: Brand New Galaxy (BNG) is an agency focusing on digital transformation and commerce solutions for global brands, integrating smart business solutions in the area of marketing and technology. BNG acts as international hubs for many clients (Coty, Bayer, Lindt, P&G), in its portfolio it has over 20 large clients who have entrusted it with regular service. BNG’s activities include customers operating in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be revolving around three key areas: 1) The Client Establishing and keeping strong collaboration and partnership with your Client (global FMCG company, Sweets & Snacking category) Becoming a go-to person for your Client on all levels (knowledge expert, business partner, quality keeper, point of escalation) Expanding your network of contacts within the Client organisation 2) The Business Responsible for budget and sales planning Upselling new business ideas and services to your Clients Keeping fiscal discipline of your projects 3) The Team Supervising an E-commerce team of one (or more in the future) and working on improving their project management/client service skills Conducting efficient project communication Cooperating with other departments in the Agency to ensure all team and project challenges (Design, Strategy, Creative, Administration, Finance, HR…) Setting up goals for your team, tracking their progress, motivation management, feedback sharing to support personal growth. What you’ll need to succeed: Required: 3-5 years of experience in the Client Service and Project Management area Experience in an agency environment (digital, E-commerce, marketing…) “Client first” approach Experience in working with large global organizations Proven team management record Proven income & costs management Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems (shopping platforms, D2C websites, etc.) Understanding the content creation and shopper research processes Proficiency in English (working with the UK and US clients only) Excellent communication skills Project & time management skills Desired: Experience in FMCG industry Basic understanding of P&L management Experience of working with regional-level Clients/stakeholders (EU region) What makes this a great career opportunity?
