Senior Manager, Model Governance - Global Finance Analytics

Responsibilities Provideprehensive support to the GFA Model Risk, Modelernance and Analytics Strategy team. Engage inernance forums with senior stakeholders from different sectors - Finance, Risk and Business. Implement project management support on Model Riskernance initiatives across Global Finance. Undertake the meticulous analysis and reporting of model risk data for Global Finance. Manage the project plan for SS1/23 implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements. Present regular updates to SS1/23 Lead, detailing progress, risks, and issues. Requirements Hold a degree in an analytical discipline such as science, business, economics, finance or accounting. Demonstrate experience in modelernance, management or policy development. Experience in model development, monitoring or validation would be a wee advantage. Exhibit proven collaboration skills and a knack for working across boundaries effectively. Be adept atmunicating with and managing a large and diverse stakeholder population. Show expertise in performing analysis,municating oues, and challenging stakeholders constructively. Familiarity with GMIS and or Helios would be beneficial, but not essential.
