Valeo Lighting Systems The plant produces front and rear car lights using advanced technology of metallization, assembly and plastic injection including multicomponent and multi-color injections. It has also a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. As a result of growth, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening a new Development Center, which focuses on  developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars. Join us and lead tech innovation for new lighting solutions and safer roads! Currently for Valeo Lighting Systems in Chrzanów we recruit a Senior Cost ControllerYour challenges:Application and monitoring of Internal Control standards across all the functionsImprovement of controlling processes across main areas of material consumption, DL, inventory and overheads cost controllingDirect Control of Inflation Balance (inflation of costs, customers passthrough, chargebacks, selling price and purchasing prices evolution including intercos)Cash flow follow-up, analysis and forecasting,  including cash and non-cash overdueInvestment analysis, profitability study and make/buy analysisGross Margin follow up and control (projects gross margin, saving initiatives, P0/P-30 projects follow up)Intercos transaction and transfer pricing controlReporting:Coordination of RM and Forecast reportingPerform month end closing, forecasts, best estimateBudget and MTP business plan preparationProvide necessary reports to Share Service CenterIn charge of data preparation for financial auditsPreparation of all ad hoc related analysis according to the Top Management needsJoin our team if you have:Min. 5 years of experience in controlling/supply chain finance (preferably in manufacturing environment)Experience in big data analysisAbility to work efficiently in flexible manner in fast changing environmentHands-on attitude, autonomy in day to day problem solving activityHigh level of excel expertise (database experience nice to have)SAP experience (CO/FI module nice to have)We offer: Employment in an international production company with high quality standards of work, a leading multinational hightech automotive supplier;Attractive working conditions and benefits: participation in internal and external trainings, subsidies for MyBenefit cafeteria and Multisport card, additional health and life insurance, private medical care (Medicover), Employee Retirement Programmes (PPE) and other social benefits. Valeo works to promote diversity in all its forms (gender, disability, social and cultural, generational) through local policies and actions, mentoring and training programs, networks and partnerships
