  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the designated sales area.
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand our customer base.
  • Present and promote our sliding solutions products to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the internal team to provide clients with accurate product information and support.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor sales performance within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and promote products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

  • Native in Polish (C1-C2) and good English (B1-B2) skills.
  • Strong business development skills and several years of key account management experience, ideally in our industry
  • Technical training or further education or strong technical flair
  • Hands-on mentality, negotiation skills, organizational talent, strong customer focus
