Currently for our office in Warsaw we are looking for dynamic and dedicated individual for the position of Sales and Business Development Manager for Business Unit Fire Alarm Systems, covering the Central Asia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively managing the customer structure in the region and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.Tasks: Customer structure management: Actively manage the pyramid of customers in the region, ensuring that sales targets are met by increasing the share of the portfolio of existing customers and identifying additional business opportunities (, cross-selling) and developing new potential opportunities.Customer Relations: Make regular visits to customers and build close relationships with customers in the region.Customer strategies: Implement customer strategies for local branches of major customers and support teams.Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions within the authorization system for clients in the region.Business Development: Take over local business development activities in the region to support the local customer base if not covered by a dedicated team.Team collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure that local projects are properly handled at all stages and are submitted to the sales department in a timely manner.IT tools: Active use of specific sales IT tools (CRM, SAP, Cheetah, etc.).Supply chain: Timely reporting to the supply chain of extraordinary demand (, special sales activities, major projects) that is not covered by the regular forecast.Cross-border opportunities: Supporting cross-border opportunities and cross-border sales.Regulatory compliance: Acting in accordance with regulations for permanent establishments that may create restrictions on the above activities.QualificationsProfile Preferred education Master's degree (preferred technical fields).At last, 3 years of experience in sales and business development.Familiarity and experience with Fire Alarm Systems is a strong advantage.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in fluent English and Russian.Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.Knowledge of sales IT tools (CRM, SAP, Cheetah, etc.).Teamplayer with negotiation and presentation skills.Knowledge of market trends and competition.Ability to work in a team and independently.Willingness to travel frequently within the region (Kazakhstan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, etc.).Additional InformationBenefits:We would like to offer you a number of amenities for you and your loved ones.Work #LikeABosch:Contract of employment Smart work (hybrid model)Referral Bonus ProgramCanteen in the office, lunch cardGrow #LikeABosch:Complex environment of working, professional support and possibility to share knowledge and best practicesOn-going development opportunities in a multinational environmentBroad access to professional trainings, conferences and webinarsLanguage coursesLive #LikeABosch:Private medical care and life insuranceMultisport cardNumber of benefits for families (for instance summer camps for kids)Non working days on the 24th and 31st of December
