  • Manage the end-to-end Record to Report process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead and mentor a team of RTR professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and alignment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in RTR, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
