Job Description Develop and execute retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn rates. Utilize customer.io software to create targeted and personalized email marketing campaigns aimed at retaining existing customers. Craft compelling copy for email campaigns, ensuring messaging is effective and aligns with brand tone and values. Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in retention efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retention marketing within the gambling, gaming, or betting sectors. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably within the gambling, gaming, or betting industry. Proficiency in both Ukrainian and English languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using customer.io software or similar email marketing platforms. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Proven track record of driving results in customer retention and engagement initiatives.
