We are now looking for a full-time Finance Manager/CFO for our Krakow location. We are a software company which delivers MES/MOM class systems for top manufacturers. Opis stanowiska Supervise, analyze, and manage the company's finances, Coordinate and manage the Administration Team, Coordinate and collaborate with local external accounting and tax consultancy, Independently prepare the company's annual financial statements in close cooperation with external consultants and the headquarters in Germany, Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems, Perform cash/liquidation planning, investment and project controlling, and analysis of deviations, Develop forecasts and budgets Generate company-related reports, forecasts, and regular reports for local management and headquarters, Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, Consolidate financial data from local accounting Group (IFRS) and Local (PL GAAP) Financial statements, Enhance and optimize financial processes, Oversee all audit and internal control operations. Wymagania Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success, Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles., In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations, Extensive professional experience in the finance department of an industrial or software company, preferably in a managerial role, Strong expertise in financial analysis and forecasting, Analytical mindset with strategic abilities, Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with financial software, Ideally, prior experience with IBM Cognos, Familiarity with Percent of Completion (POC), work-in-progress valuation, and IFRS 15, Group (IFRS) and Local (PL GAAP) Financial statements, Familiarity with HFM, Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 level), Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
