Are you an ambitious Scrum Master or agile project manager who likes facilitating and acting as servant leader for multiple teams within the HR and Finance area? Then you are the person we are looking for to join our two new Agile release trains in Arla Foods – Digital HR Solutions and Digital Finance Solutions. You will join as Scrum Master for supporting functions in IT Solutions where you will be working with multiple teams and projects in varying sizes, complexity and duration within the HR and Finance area. We strive to establish and drive stable teams within the SAFe methodology with the primary purpose of delivering on the strategic ambitions of HR and Finance. You will play an important role in delivering successful projects. Your expertise and input will be highly valued, and we appreciate your insights and suggestions to continuously improve our setup and processes in the two Agile Release Trains. How you will make an impact In Digital HR Solutions and Digital Finance solutions you will play a key part in our ability to deliver value to our business - From idea generation through maturation and execution as well as ensuring a robust handover to operations. We handle smaller and bigger projects with offset in an agile approach. For some implementations you will take on a Scrum Master role and for others a more leading role as Project Manager is needed. Thus, you will drive efficiency and focus by challenging priorities and keeping the team aligned with agreed-upon goals. You will likewise enhance transparency and engagement through effective internal and external communication with stakeholders and act as sparring partner in building the best possible agile release trains. Further, your responsibilities will include: Facilitating planning, demo sessions, backlog refinement, and stand-up meetings, resolving any issues or misunderstandings Supporting Product Owners in timely refinement and engagement with the product backlog and vision Coaching the team in agile adaptation, striving to get the team to work as a self-organized team Maintain awareness of forecast, budget and resource planning Ensure alignment between the implementation and their business value to monitor direction Some travel (5-10 days a year) are expected mainly between Gdansk (Poland) and Viby (Denmark). What will make you successful You are able to adapt to a dynamic environment and are able to support projects with varying complexities and size with the same passionate desire for creating value. You are pragmatic and have different approaches in your toolbox to leading and serving a team rooted in an agile methodology approach. To succeed you have: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or IT project manager A proactive nature and is not afraid to make decision An ability to handle context switches between smaller tasks and larger teams A Naturally structured in your approach maintaining a backlog (utilizing AzureDevops) Knowledge about AzureDevops or similar planning tool Knowledge about HR and Finance is considered a plus We are looking for a positive person that brings a ‘can do’ attitude everyday and wants to be part of two small and dedicated ARTs situated in Viby and Gdansk.
