This organization is responsible for developing and implementing business-focused solutions through iterative and collaborative approaches, partnering directly with clients and stakeholders to achieve desired and sustainable outcomes.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs HR Project Manager (m/f/*), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Develop and implement organizational designs aligned with business and functional client strategiesManage global projects, including defining deliverables, setting measurable goals, and planning for change impactsStrategize to fulfill current and future capability requirements across Business Groups and Functions, collaborating with HR COEs for optimal solutionsDesign and execute impactful strategies and initiatives, such as change management, retention programs, and workforce adjustmentsLead HR process design or redesign to align to our operating model and HR structure (potential, performance, promotion, etc.)Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across HR COEs by leading priorities with enterprise-wide impact, aligned to strategic imperatives of 3M’s employee experienceWork with business clients and the HR M&A team to effectively manage mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higherExpert in Human Resources areaAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Proven leadership in managing cross-functional and international project teamsDemonstrated ability to effectively influence stakeholders at every organizational levelExcellent communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts and tailoring messages to diverse audiencesProficient in Agile methodologiesSkilled in collaborating with clients to design and implement organizational structures that support business objectivesExperience with or demonstrated knowledge of change management, including identifying change impacts, creating and implementing mitigation strategies, and measuring change process/successTrack record of implementing people plans that align with business objectives, including capability planning/advancement, employee engagement, talent management, DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) initiatives, etc.Diverse HR experience in various sectors, such as plant, business, and COEs, is preferredGlobal HR experience preferredBi-lingual proficiency preferredSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
