Job Description Job SUMMARY: Regional (CEE) responsibility: Run Demand Review meetings for part of CEE (Central & Eastern Europe) Allergan Aesthetics, AbbVie division affiliates. Run Supply Planning and confirm replenishment to internal and 3rd party warehouses to ensure product availability. Ensure proper Supply Planning and confirm replenishment plans and for local 3rd party suppliers. Support replenishment planning and confirm replenishment for global supply from Allergan sites by GSC. Place orders in Vlog and update as needed with changes and confirmations. Identify and support the resolution of potential customer service issues. Provide market supply chain support to product launch planning & discontinuations. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (% of Time ): Run Demand Review meetings for part of CEE affiliates (35%) Track IMK & TMK, Stock, forecast accuracy and perform a gap analysis to improve forecast. Update demand tools with actual TMK, IMK, stock to be ready for demand review meetings. Run demand review meetings and challenge commercial teams on getting more in dept market intelligence. Input to the Sales and Operations Planning Process, with commentary as to the cycle-to-cycle movement in demand volumes across the planning horizon. Clear understanding of upside and downside risks to forecasted demand volumes and identification and execution of mitigating actions. Preparation of data and reports on demand volumes to assist the commercial teams in decision making and improve the quality of submitted forecasts. Monitor performance and KPI’s as applicable. Update the JDA planning system with ADS forecast that was agreed and aligned during the process   Run Supply Planning and confirm replenishment to internal and 3rd party warehouses to ensure product availability (30%) Ensure all market specific importation requirements are understood and incorporated into the Master Shipping Instructions. Develop proactive and reactive solutions to any nuance problems that arise, so that no delays are experienced in importation process. Track the delivery of orders into the market. Monitor inventory and outbound logistics to customers, analyze stock and shelf life of inventories. Act as local contact with local warehouse management, tracking performance and resolving issues. Act as Affiliate to CLP’s (customer logistic planners) and 3rd party distributors to ensure flawless cooperation between VLOG and external parties. Maintain and update Material Master, Customer Master, price, commission, discount setups. Ensure proper Supply Planning and confirm replenishment plans for local 3rd party suppliers (10%) Plan replenishment for local 3rd party suppliers that are not managed by GSC, based on forecast demand to calculate net requirements and place orders. Align the order quantity and timelines with local 3rd party suppliers. Analyze local regulatory requirements to manage stock builds, cutovers for product changes. Work with 3rd party suppliers to address and mitigate any issues that might arise from their or Vlog side. Escalate the issues to be addressed by Regulatory, Demand Planning Manager, Finance if needed Support replenishment planning and confirm replenishment for global supply from Allergan sites by GSC (10%) Ensure market inventory and purchase order data are up to date, correct and sufficient. Review and agree inventory planning parameters calculated by GSC, with particular attention to any market specific characteristics that might impact planning strategy or parameters. Review and confirm replenishment plans calculated by GSC for the market, with focus on any factors not captured Place orders in Vlog and update as needed with changes and confirmations (5%)   Check if all the requirements are in line to submit the customer’s PO into the Odtool. Place order in Vlog in line with the agreed replenishment orders. Raise order change requests and update orders as appropriate if approved. Escalate any issues with codes or parameters in entering orders to GSC. Identify and support the resolution of potential customer service issues (5%) Review market stock and orders position to identify any stock outs, and work with CEE Demand Planning Manager, S&M and management team to resolve and minimize impact. Amend orders to react to excess inventory, obsolescence, OOS risks. Work with Demand Manager to mitigate those hazards and communicate properly to stakeholders. Attend and input to monthly S&OP meetings providing clear and prioritized summary of issues for market. Provide market supply chain support to product launch planning and discontinuations (5%) Work with Commercial team and Launch Lead regarding new product launches.  Plan initial stock builds with GSC and confirm initial purchase orders.  Support launch planning updating with stock availability and expediting order parameter and order changes with GSC dependent on product performance. Work with commercial to identify discontinued and use up products and support communication with GSC.
