By leveraging the combined strengths of both businesses (Ecolab Dairy Farm, legacy-Agri, + CID LINES), the Animal Health division brings a unique approach in a promising space with ambitious historical and future expected growth.We are seeking a Senior Financial Manager to become the Head of the Animal Health Global P&A Team. In addition to the financial and reporting responsibilities, the individual will drive cross-border projects and develop best practices in processes and controllership on an international level.What You Will Do:Assist with the development, implementation and coordination of monthly performance management cycle, business forecast, actual analysis and reporting activities for the new Global Animal Health BusinessCommunication with various stakeholders within the various regions around the Globe, incl. Corporate and Regional P&As, market representatives, Supply Chain and US headquarter on various business mattersOn-time and seamless forecast and plan data submission to the corporate management systemsTimely preparation of presentation materials to support Sr. Leadership in business planning, strategic review meetings and monthly financial reviewsDevelop or/and improve management reports to support better business decisions.
