You will enhance and oversee compliance frameworks, manage daily operations related to regulatory compliance, and act as a bridge between the compliance department and other internal teams. Your remarkable expertise will support our client's main goal - to sustain the integrity of our operations and ensure that they meet both regulatory and internal standards. Responsibilities: Assist the Head of Compliance to oversee and manage all regulatory compliance protocols across the organization. Stay updated with changes in regulatory frameworks and ensure timely adjustments to compliance strategies. Monitor compliance software and tools to ensure they are functional and efficient. Assist in the development, implementation, and updating of internal compliance policies and procedures. Ensure that all policies and procedures are communicated across all levels of the organization and that they are adhered to. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution. Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. Report regularly to the Head of Compliance on the progress of compliance activities and flag any significant compliance risks or violations. Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, including any audits, investigations, and corrective actions. Requirements: At least 5 years of previous experience in a Lead Compliance role. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Experience in risk assessments, compliance audits, and designing controls. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to adequately present information structurally and concisely. Analytical mindset with outstanding attention to detail. Professional certification in compliance (e.g., ICA, CAMS, or similar). Previous experience within high-regulation environments.
