PROJECT DETAILS: Industry: Life Sciences Start : ASAP Traveling abroad : from time to time Length of contract : 12 months extensions (long-term collaboration) Recruitment process: 2 stages (online) Equipment: provided Project: We are seeking a Data Lead for the Frontline Incentives Enterprise, based in Poland. In this role, you will drive projects across various workstreams to establish and stabilize data and governance models, ensuring the smooth operations of International Operations Incentives and Compensation Enterprise. Responsibilities: Designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines to support integration, transformation, and loading of Sales, Marketing, and HR datasets for Incentives Compensation. Developing and maintaining data warehouses , data lakes, and other storage systems to ensure data availability, integrity, and security. Collaborating with commercial excellence colleagues, DDI analysts, and stakeholders to understand data needs and provide solutions. Implementing data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency. Monitoring data pipelines and systems to identify and resolve issues, optimizing performance for smooth incentive processing. Staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering, evaluating potential benefits and risks. Communicating technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders. D ocumenting data infrastructure and processes for knowledge transfer and scalability. Requirements:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Over 5 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or Life Sciences Technology Consulting. Experience within Commercial Effectiveness and Business Information functions or exposure to relevant datasets (e.g., CRM and Sales) is advantageous. Proven experience managing data projects or a similar role. Knowledge of SQL, database technologies, data warehousing, and ETL tools. Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles. Understanding of data governance best practices. Effective project management and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. An advanced level of English proficiency is required.
