For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for: OTC Accountant with Czech, Slovak and English Numer referencyjny: 00122903 Miejsce pracy: Kraków We are looking for a person who join the team of Ordermanagement Team and support us in our daily tasks: Generate, review, and process invoices with precision and adherence to timelines Ensure that invoices are accurate, complete, and strict compliant with company policies and relevant regulations Process special billing requests and adjustments Address customer inquiries and concerns related to their bills Professionally and promptly respond to client inquiries regarding billing and invoices. Provide excellent customer service while explaining billing discrepancies and resolving disputes Analyse billing data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports on billing activities as necessary Present findings to management for decision-making Maintain well-organized records of invoices, billing adjustments, and client communications Prepare and submit reports summarizing billing activities as needed Conduct quality checks on billing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations Implement and improve billing procedures to minimize errors and enhance efficiency Provide guidance and support in training and mentoring junior billing specialists when necessary Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing Proven track record as a ordermanagement specialist Fluent Czech, Slovak and English min. B2/C1 (must) MS Office fluency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Knowledge of other foreign language would be an asset Ability to enhance process and controls Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
