Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate project activities, monitor and report project progress, timelines, budgets to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure adherence to project schedules. Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary. Inspire and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve outstanding results. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and understanding their business needs. Identify opportunities for additional services and deliver value-added solutions to clients. requirements-expected : Proven experience (3+ years) in IT project management and team management. Technical background with an understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and technologies (ideally in AI, Big Data or BI area). Previous experience working in a software house or consulting company. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. Very good command of English (min. C1). Good self-organisation skills. Proactive approach and can-do attitude. Have proven experience and understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
