Our employees are located all over the world, but we all are Andersen Family.ResponsibilitiesFormulating a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the overall business objectives of the company.Planning and allocating marketing budget for various campaigns and initiatives.Tracking ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities.Managing the marketing team, including hiring, training and professional development of employees.Developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns in accordance with the strategic plan.Coordinating with outside agencies and other contractors.Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.Preparing reports for senior management on department results and accomplishments.RequirementsExperience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or senior role, with real examples of successful campaigns for 5+ years.Experience in various market sectors, including digital marketing, strategic planning and brand management.Strategic thinking and ability to develop marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.Knowledge of marketing tools including digital marketing, social media, content marketing and analytics.Ability to analyze the market, competitors and consumer behavior to adapt strategies and tactics.Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources, ability to optimize costs and increase ROI.Leadership and communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate the team, as well as the ability to establish effective interaction both internally and with external partners.Creativity and innovative approach in solving problems and implementing ideas.Results-oriented and able to work under multitasking and tight deadlines.Level of English – from Intermediate and above.Reasons to join usExperience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others.
