Program Manager

Your Job As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading various programs with different global cross functional teams focusing on launching new programs flawlessly in a timely manner with expected quality and profitability. What You Will Do * Lead the Cross Functional Teams across a global organization (North America, Asia, and EU). * Direct relation and management with OEM customers (BMW, VW Group, Ford, Stellantis, ...). * Manage that the program tasks are completed properly and on time. * Early risk identification and work on mitigation plans, problem solving and manage the escalation process of critical issues. * Supervise and ensure that the program budget and profitability are kept as awarded or improved. * Define the program timing and ensure that the program milestones are met on time including the program invoice. * Challenge the program status looking for cost and timing improvements. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent * Experience in project management. * Fluency in English. * Travel 20 - 30% time expected. * High leadership and organizational skills. * High communication skills and good teamwork player. * Self-motivated and focused on results. * Methodical and organized person. * Problem-solving ability What Will Put You Ahead * Fluency in German. * Previous experience in the automotive sector, holding similar positions. * Knowledge of automotive tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, DVP, BEON, LION, iPQ, etc...
