Make It With Pride.Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.How you will contributeResponsibilities:Organizing and executing projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risksPlanning and conducting pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements and development activities ( product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation etc.)Writing technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.Requirements:Experience in food science, science, or engineering ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods marketWorking on teams and independentlyPrioritizing and managing activitiesIdentifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions independentlyApplying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusionsCommunicating effectively verbally and in writing, including technical writingPutting the consumer at the heart of development activitiesVery good command of English (B2/C1)What we offer:Growth opportunities in an international company with the title of TOP EMPLOYER POLAND 2023 and TOP EMPLOYER POLAND 2024Annual bonusPrivate medical care, life insurance, pension plan, Multisport cardRelocation Support Available?
