Demonstrated ability in building and leading high-performing technology team, ideally in companies at early stage. Background in software architecture with a strong focus on scalability and efficiency, while having an ability to stay hands-on and provide mentorship to the team. Strong technical acumen in project planning with the ability to identify bottlenecks and execute complex technology initiatives. MVP mindset and expressed interest in low-code technology, experience with platforms like Bubble.io , Xano, Make, or Airtable will be a plus.
