We provide a comprehensive logistics service to around 2,500 customers in various industries such as electronics and Hi-Tech, automotive, industrial, construction, distribution, food, energy and fashion.   Your Responsibilities: Development of region-wide awareness activities and initiatives as well as preparation and communication of results to stakeholders and team leaders. Provisioning and improvement of region-wide mandatory security trainings in close collaboration with other functions Maintain, further develop and continually improve the company's security framework to ensure its ongoing effectiveness Support and guide counterparts in LX Pantos Europe's entities in implementing and executing the security framework Conduct regular internal audit (Information / IT / Physical security) and coordinate Security certification task (eg. ISO 27001 ) Our Requirements: University or similar degree in a relevant field Three to five years of experience and proven track record in a security management role In-depth knowledge of common regulation and very good understanding of industry frameworks and European regulation (ISO 27001, GDPR and etc ) Proven experience in the field of Information Security Awareness and Training as well as qualifications is desired Strong technical background and practical knowledge in relevant IT Security solutions and very good understanding of emerging trends in security management Strong analytical skills, creativity, critical thinking, precision in communicating and documenting, ability to identify problems and propose solutions, reliability Good interpersonal skills Proficiency in English business communication We Offer: Co-financing of sports activities to keep you active and energized.
