Role Motivating team members to meet project goals Full implementation from initiation to deployment for several initiatives simultaneously Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic golas Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project Manage project scope and changes   Requirements Solid experience of implementing, exploiting and rolling out Identity Governance and Administration solutions Good understanding of broad Cyber Security Concepts, with particular experience and expertise in identity and Access Management processes, controls Experience in implementing IT systems within a GAMP (GxP) governance framework for validated systems Experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall Experience in negotiating vendor contracts and statements of work Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close Experience in leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes Benefits Interesting and ambitious projects - no routine or repeatability of activities 100% remote working The possibility for taking part in international projects Excellent work atmosphere, including team events, hackathons Terms of cooperation
