About You We are looking for an independent person for the position of Voicebot Analyst who will help us improve voice assistants and implement voice technology in the US healthcare industry. We are looking for a person who has already had their first professional experience and experience would include contact center and customer service processes, project management, data analysis, business analysis or working with voice. Experience of working in a contact center in a medical center or in the healthcare industry in general will be a great asset. The person will join our team working exclusively for the US market What does Voicebot Designer do? The role has 3 main responsibilities: 1. Gathering clients needs. 2. Building bots: Discovering and defining user needs and new requirements, Prioritization of functionality, Taking care of new projects, Configuring bots with our proprietary tool. 3. Improving and training assistants and the AI ​​model using our internal tools. Voicebot Analyst at Talkie.ai is someone who: Already had their first professional experience. Has experience and interest in some of these areas: new technologies, contact center and customer service processes, project management, data analysis, business analysis, working with voice and conversation design. (Experience of working in a contact center in a medical center or in the healthcare industry in general will be a great asset) Can be empathetic and put themselves in the role of a user, Has accuracy, curiosity, inquisitiveness, and the natural ability to ask questions, Likes to experiment and test new ideas, Has a constant hunger for knowledge, learning, and self-improvement, Values ​​and enjoys independence; we are a self-organizing team, Is fluent in English, Efficiently uses essential tools such as the Office suite or Google Docs, Experience in working with chatbots and voice assistants would be a plus.
