Currently for our SSC in Lodz we are looking for a person willing to take a role of Inside Sales Manager Polymer Solutions. Person on this position will be accountable to drive sales - maintain, grow and attract new customers for Polymer Solutions Segment in Region Europe via Phone/Video interactions and digital channels. If you already have some experience as Inside Sales and speak both in German and Spanish this role is for you! What will you be doing? Manage portfolio of accounts products. Negotiate price offers and set payment conditions. Conduct customer virtual interactions, product offering and clarification of basic technical enquires. Coordinate lead management process within the region and take responsibility for monitoring and re-engage lost customers. Conduct regular exchange with Sales & Marketing to update on Sales performance and market trends. Create and manage orders and samples requests, by coordination with CSD / GBS / other internal teams to ensure customer order processing and delivery. Work closely with SCM on stocks and product planning. What are we looking for? Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service, preferably within Additives or Specialty Chemicals. Minimum technical know-how to offer a product and provide recommendations to customers. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Openness and ability to build relationships via digital channels. Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP (other relevant digital tools nice to have). Team-oriented attitude.
