We are therefore looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Sales organization in order to drive and accelerate our growth in the eMobility charging infrastructure application. Location & commitments: Full-time job. Open-ended contract after 3 months trial period. Hybrid job. Regional travel around assigned geographical zone is required as part of the role. Mission: The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in developing, implementing and managing the eMobility commercial strategy at Schneider Electric in BeNe Zone. This role requires a deep understanding of the eMobility range of offers (both hardware & software), a strong appreciation and understanding of key technologies involved and extensive knowledge of the eMobility market value chain. Importantly the Zone leader must be able to translate his knowledge into a business language and fluently articulate it within a client environment. What will be the main tasks? Responsibility of OI/ Sales/ GM P&L performance of the zone for eMobility Drive business topline growth with Key national accounts and solidifying our channel partners both through the existing sales teams and by direct customer engagement Strengthen & lead the teams of business developers / sales representatives, offer management & Product application engineers Assume responsibility for the achievement of all key and operational measures, focus in the customer satisfaction, operational improvement, revenue generation, and profitability Develop and manages growth and profitability of the eMobility by generating financial forecasts and tracking financial performance Understand customer environments, decision makers in eMobility given projects. Measure the organizational effectiveness creating relevant key performance indicators (KPI) and establish the KPI measurement procedures and targets Ensure growing the eMobility application delivering both value to customers and profitability to Schneider Electric Create and nourish a solid team environment Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees, peers, managers and customers across the Schneider Electric local organization Support and negotiate and close deals. What will help you to be successful? Experience in managing key accounts and c-level relationships inside key customers and Experience in projects and managing tenders to provide unique solutions. Strong communications skills, both written and oral. Ability to present at a C-Level. Team player and a leader, who can work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels. Independent and self-driven and work with minimum guidance. Availability for business trips. University degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering. Knowledge of English at min. B2.
