Your strategic vision and leadership will drive tangible results and make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory.   Location : Tricity or Warsaw Job type : B2B Salary : base + commission What You’ll Be Responsible For: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our SaaS product business line Manage the full P&L for the SaaS product portfolio, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost management Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and market analysis to inform decision-making Lead key client acquisition efforts or provide support in the sales process for new business development Lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals across sales, marketing, customer success, and other functional areas Collaborate closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure alignment between product roadmap and market demand Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the SaaS product business line What You Need to Get the Job Done: Native Polish speaker with a minimum of C1 proficiency in English Experience in a SaaS-focused company, demonstrating a deep understanding of software-as-a-service dynamics Previous accountability for revenue and cost budgets (experience managing budgets across multiple teams preferred) Background in active sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing and e-commerce landscape, including an understanding of advertising agencies, media houses, and market dynamics Previous engagement in product development, with a keen understanding of product development strategies Familiarity with customer farming processes and anti-Churn strategies Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their best. Experience in working with remote teams.
