Your responsibilities Manage and oversee the accounting, controlling, and administration departments. Develop and implement the company's financial strategy. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations. Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions. Optimize financial and administrative processes. Improve controlling processes, reporting, create dashboards and participate in the implementation of the new system Support the executive team in making key financial decisions. Employer requirements Higher education in finance, accounting, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the financial sector. Knowledge of tax and financial regulations. Experience in team management and the ability to motivate employees. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in financial tools and systems, and advanced skills in MS Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
