Would you like to use your expertise in Java, C/ C programming to extend our existing tool suite and support the roll outs to the users? As part of defined software architecture, you draw satisfaction from jumping into feature development, problem solving and user support. We are looking forward to receiving your application Tasks: Tool development for Brake System to support ECU Software developers. Analysis and implementation of internal and customer requirements for the tool chain for brakes control units as part of an internal development team,. Plan extensions and adjustments along compiler related tools like binary obfuscator or stack calculator. Coordination of development to create safety-relevant software and ensure compliance with standards. Conception, design and implementation of corresponding tool adaptations within the framework of the Brake System build chain. Experience and Knowledge: Programming skills in Java. Python or C# desirable but not mandatory. Being fluent with development environments: Bitbucket / git / Jira / Jenkins / SonarCube. Knowledge on compiler eco system and debug formats like elf, dwarf. Programming skills in C/C++ for user support with understanding of C/C++ compiler phases and architecture. ISO26262 knowledge on tool classification and qualification. Master degree in technical computer science or comparable. Personality and Working Practice : Task ownership and result orientation. Well-developed ability to think analytically and effectively present your own ideas and analyses. Communication skills and the ability to efficiently organize and conduct working meetings. Enthusiasm for technical cooperation in an international team and to support end users in effectively using our tools. Willingness to face the new requirements. Interest in the implementation of complex topics relating to software build and tooling. Flexibility to be shifted to other tasks and motivation to go beyond these topics (ex. MTC, statistics.
