Providing leadership and strategic direction to the Regulatory teams based in Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan and PolandKey business partner to Avon’s Direct Selling Businesses as well as Regional / Global Business partners to ensure Regulatory processes and activities are defined, implemented and managed effectively.Providing support to Exec. Dir APAC & EMEA RA for all new product initiatives and legislation implementation within Avon within these markets. Ensures proactive Regulatory intelligence acquisition and analysis for entire portfolio of products (including beauty adjacent products such as home fragrance, fashion accessories and beauty implements)Participates and represents Avon’s interests in professional business and sector technical associations (National and EU wide) including interaction with Governmental bodies.Responsible for Regulatory compliance for Avon’s entire product portfolio in CE in all areas of technical regulation related to Products.Works with various external technical legal advisors, consultants and government officialsWe would love you to have:7-10 years of experience in relevant role with at least 3 years in industryRelevant Technical degreeInternational Regulatory experience in cosmetics and consumer goodsCapability in expenditure and expense control. Experience in leadership of regulatory associates and cross functional project teamsStrong attention to detail, analytical and communication abilities are criticalLeadership and diversity management skills are essential. Fluent English is essentialIn–depth knowledge of direct sales and retail/wholesale business and up to date knowledge of technical –legal best practices.What we offer: At Avon, we believe beauty is for everyone and that it’s beautiful to be you.
