Group IFRS Manager Miejsce pracy: Lublin Your responsibilities Annual consolidated statutory accounts preparation under IFRS Preparation of monthly consolidated statutory accounts for the Group, and the associated internal management reporting pack Consolidation and review of budgets/forecasts in conjunction with Group Finance team/markets Maintaining of the group financial reporting system and accounting manual to ensure consistency and best practice is achieved across the Group. Key point of contact with Group Auditors on accounting and reporting issues Support with annual Group insurance renewal Support annual and quarterly/annually IFRS bank reporting Perform analysis of unit balance sheet performance across the business and the identification of areas for improvement Other ad hoc analysis as required by Group Finance Our requirements Previous professional experience in IFRS Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written, at an advanced level. A university degree in accounting, finance, or economics Demonstrated ability to delve into details swiftly and effectively. Proven proactive approach in seeking out opportunities to assist colleagues. Strong organizational skills coupled with adeptness in project management. Exemplary communication skills and a track record of successful teamwork. Ability to thrive in environments with tight deadlines. A proactive and approachable demeanor, showcasing resilience under pressure. Exceptional accuracy, with outstanding numerical and analytical capabilities, and a keen attention to detail, all while delivering results within challenging timeframes.
