In addition, Kelly also offers an array of Consulting and Outsourcing services.For one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of: Position: Operations Manager (Factory Management)Location: Bydgoszcz, Poland (hybrid) ROLE: Manage aspects of reverse logistics operations by utilizing various systems and processes (Factory Management - area: Device Repair Operations).Drive operational excellence execution across our vendor network. Be a partner with stakeholders for continues improvements in efficiency, quality and cost in the End-to-End processes and/or new processes to be implemented.Evaluate the work of third-party logistics or contracted providers to optimize cost and service capacity with minimal guidance.Partner cross-functionally to integrate and align operations with manufacturing sites, logistics providers, and Microsoft's business functions.Follow procedures with minimal guidance to conduct and document operations processes and ensure execution with consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of delivery.Partner with third-party vendors to support the operations of a return/repair or fulfillment center and is responsible for maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) with minimal guidance.Independently monitors supplier performance, develops performance criteria, and provides feedback as needed. Contribute to business review with suppliers.Use tools and processes to manage logistics operations, enhance materials management, drive improvements to avoid additional labor needs and working efficiency, and gain a deeper understanding of such tools and processes with minimal guidance.Leverage supply chain knowledge and models to identify opportunities for improvement. REQUIREMENTS: Strong knowledge of supply chain with 5+ years of prior experience in reverse (repair, refurbishment, aftermarket) supply chain dynamics, supply chain planning, inventory management and/or vendor/network management.Detail oriented, ability to communicate complex problems and solutions, strong drive to collaborate, strong bias for action to close out problems without strong direction.Strong process/system background and proven ability to rapidly understand, use and drive improvements in new processes/systems.The ability to speak and understand English when giving instructions and directions, and when talking with colleagues and others for work matters.Strong ability to collaborate with globally diverse stakeholders across engineering, operations, quality, reverse logistics.Strong analytical capabilities & experience with time-series modeling, optimization, and statistical analysis (Advanced Excel, basic SQL, PowerBI) is a plus.
