Product Marketing Intern

You will be assigned a Mentor who will support your growth and development.The Customer Experience (CX) team is responsible for research, design, and marketing of the Service HUB (Service Now) platform. Service HUB is used by thousands of Smith + Nephew employees daily to access knowledge articles, log tickets and request items, among other things. As theProduct Marketing Internyou will play an integral part of the CX team by supporting the promotion of the desktop platform and the mobile app. Planned start date: 1st July 2024Program length: 12 monthsLocation: Wroclaw, Poland (S+N Office)What will you be doing? Content creation to promote the Service HUB across the Smith + Nephew organization.Supporting the development of internal documentation.Assisting with outreach activities to promote the mobile application to various teams.Supporting the CX team on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.What will you need to be successful? Currently enrolled in a degree program at university. Preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skillsin English, with the ability to create compelling content.A collaborative mindset - you are comfortable working in a team as well as on your own under guidance from a senior team member.Open to learning on the job and ready to contribute ideas to help drive projects forward.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.You.
